The Opportunity
Reporting to the Director of Operations and based out of our US Headquarters in Harvey, IL, the Process Engineer will provide process and mechanical engineering and technical support in a manufacturing environment.
The successful candidate will be a forward thinking, innovative engineer who has an established track record of improving the processes with which he / she has worked. A true visionary with the ability to operate effectively in a team environment and provide strong leadership is essential.

Additional qualifications include:

• BS degree in Mechanical Engineering
• 4+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment
• Experience in Quality and ISO 9001 certification
• Demonstrated commitment to teamwork
• Excellent oral and written communications skills with all levels of management
• Experience in the lubricant industry is preferred, but not required
• Experience in process control, troubleshooting, and statistical controls is a plus
